I have tightend my cassete just before because it was noisy and the cogs were moving. When tightening it, it was clicking but i didnt think much of it. I rode it and was still a bit noisy. It was still a bit loose because the cogs were moving a bit but werent moving towards and away from the rim but side to side. The actual nut was tight because i couldnt tighten it any more with just a spanner. But it also moved on the hub bit which i have no idea why. Please help

The cassette is tight. Looks like the bearings inside the freehub are cooked. With that kinda movement I’d bet the bearing races are destroyed and you’re looking at a new hub unfortunately.
