    It looks to be missing the majority of the assembly. you seem to be missing the retaining ring spacer and locking nut on it. cant post images on this for some reason so I can’t show you an assembled one that is assembled correctly.

    Is the Upgrade easy? Kinda yes and no.

    You would have to either buy a new hub, but that means lacing up the hub to the old rim wich is quite some work and could go wrong if you dont know what you are doing.

    But its possible. Watch some how to’s and take an evening time.

    But if thats to much work for something you might mess up, a entire new rear wheel is the easier Option, but a bit more expensive.
