I’m looking at a 2023 Canyon Aeroad CF SLX with a brand-new 105 Di2 groupset (was just changed in for an ultegra).
Asking price is $2,500.
Does that seem like a fair deal for the frame and components, considering the downgrade from Ultegra to 105 Di2?
I know the SLX frame is high-end, so just wondering how much value the groupset change affects.

I don’t know if this will help you or not, but I have the same frame with Force, and I wouldn’t sell it for that low a price. Assuming the bike has nothing wrong with it, the price seems reasonable.
I sold my aeroad 2021 with mechanical 105 for 2800$ like a 2 weeks ago.
