Your mech hanger is bent. You can bend it back ok but be aware it is now not as strong as it was, which will also worsen if you bend it back. Theyre designed to be sacrificial, fwiw.

You can take it to a shop. They could bend that back. At least i know I do. That said there is a chance it will break and they may have to order a new one since the hangers are in the hundreds for stupid reasons alone

It’s most likely the hanger is bent. It’s the piece that attaches the derailleur to the frame. You can try straightening it A bike shop has the proper tool. Or get a new hanger. $20-$30. You may luck out and get one at a shop. Generally they need to be ordered. Or order one yourself. Specific to make and model.

Buy a new hanger, and buy a spare. Aluminum doesn’t like to bend. Good chance it will snap with the next impact and leave you stranded. Hangers are cheap and easy to replace.

They are not mutually exclusive…

Your hanger and your derailleur are both bent. You’re also missing your b limit screw.
