I really wanted to get into light Gravel/commuting and found this Bike for 500€. The front wheel is missing a spoke tho :/. I’m a taller guy (6’4) and that’s where this 61 CM Frame shines imo. But I don’t know if it is still worth it?

I wouldn’t buy a gravel bike without hydraulic brakes
On mechanic Discs you regularly have to manually adjust the pads. I found it annoying in the long run. Furthermore, you need enormous hand strength when braking.
On hydraulics you Just move your fingers and brake pads adjust themselves.
