I'm on the look out for a 2nd hand road bike to upgrade my 30 year old Trek (2300) road bike. Came across this recently, few red flags, listing has it as a F14 (F10 in title and has it written on bike!). Includes a wahoo (think it is a bolt) as well as shoes and a helmet (not keen on those). I'm not crazy this seems too good to be true right?

Make sure it’s not fake. Plenty of fake dogmas out there. I know that those wheels are easily duped
If it is 11 speed mechanical, I could sort of believe it. Deal in person and try to verify the authenticity of the frame. Pinarello suggests
> If you decide to buy a used Pinarello via the INTERNET and it is not possible to visit the seller, it is crucial you request the PINARELLO SERIAL NUMBER which is located under the bottom bracket. In addition, request for a photo of this serial number and a copy of the Official Pinarello Warranty Documents.
If they want you to pay a single cent before you view the bike then run a away. This includes things like gift cards, my brother/cousin/uncle will ship it to you, etc.
I would try to meet at a shop, ideally one that deals in Pinarellos or the one they bought it from. It is worth paying the shop to have a once over on the bike. Replacement parts can get steep.
