Yes. They will work fine. I’ve sold those through my work many times in many sizes.

“Thorn resistant” will be overly heavy – not necessarily a sensible remedy for blowing a tube. A normal tube, good tire and pressure might be a better choice. 👍 If weight is irrelevant to you, it’s probably a fine tube to get u rolling!

Thorn resistant is overkill. The weight is for sure noticeable.

Flats happen. Standard tube is the correct answer

  4. I swear these make pinch flats more common. I sometimes bought the Canadian tire version when I was a kid.

Thorn resistant tubes don’t seem to do much. Run a regular tube. If you ride trails or ride really far I would suggest to throw a mr Tuffy liner in there. I never got a flat with 12 bull horn thorns stuck in a rear tire. IMO they are worth their weight. Save your old popped tubes and learn how to patch them correctly.

I found thorn proof tubes to just be heavier and not really perform any better, you get better at landing and don’t pop as many the more you ride, I went through heaps when I first started, to getting years out of a set now haha
