Bought this 1.6L bag off marketplace today but i think its too big. Had to remove one of my water bottle holders but ride with a 3L hydra pack. And i need to protect the carbon frame from rubbing:
It all really depends on what you’re trying to do and what you need to accomplish it. Remember that the gear isn’t the goal.

My bike doesn’t have many connection points so I’ve really had to think outside the box with where to put bags and bottles. They make bottle holders that go on your seat post, under your seat and attachable connection points so you could add a water bottle holder (under your frame) if you like. I can share some links if you want. ✌️
