Tomasso Aggrazio carbon frame Ultegra road bike for $400 with a trashed seat and no pedals is also available. My budget is very low tho. 😕

Maybe you can put a Shimano Nexus on it. My wife had a similar bike, a Single speed cyclocross (dropbar conversion) bike for many years that she took bikepacking.

It appears to only be a single speed which freewheels/coasts. Not a true fixed gear, so keep that in mind. Fixed vs single speed will be different, and come into play of semantics of being cool with the fixie kids. All jokes aside, I’ll explain two obvious paths you can/might take in this philosophical journey of rolling wheels on gravel. If you aren’t cash strapped and wanna try it- try putting gravel tires on this single speed. For $150 you can always resell it. I strongly suggest you don’t dream of putting gears on this to make it what it isn’t. Other route- Wait to buy a decent priced multi gear bike. If you are cash strapped, the right one will come up below $300.

I have this bike, it’s in New Orleans, so when I’m in town I have a bike to ride around. It’s been easy to maintain and works well for flat areas, which is sounds like you will be riding on.

150 for this is a steal. Is it new? If it’s used it might not be such a great deal. It‘s single speed so not fixed geat actually. I would say for moderate hills a single speed is fine. I had a single speed for years before it got stolen and i loved it. Upgrading to multi speed is probably not worth it though. So if that‘s a deal breaker for you then i would search again
