I thought anyone who carried a knife would be jailed without questions. Has the law been changed again? In my opinion, the Judges should be jailed for sympathising with criminals and encouraging these youths to carry on with crimes. The law is basically turning society into criminals and victims into laughing stock.
For those wondering why he’s not currently in jail. Basically we’ve not got enough prison space, and can’t build anymore because we can barely staff the ones we already have. So prison is pretty much only for the worst possible crimes so weapon possession, drug possession, assault etc. is gonna be a slap on the wrist if that.
