When cleaning my bike today I noticed a scratch close to my chainrings on my new carbon frame. I have no idea what might have caused it, I had no chain drops that I can remember.
Do you think it is safe to ride or should it be checked out?

Go to your mechanic but apparently is just the paint
Chain derailed and got stuck between the chainring and chainstay. Looks like superficial damage but I’d probably poke it with a stick/do the coin test to see if it felt crunchy at all.
