  1. It’s a dunlop valve. Schrader thickness on the rim, presta on top. You can replace it with either inner tube (preferably schrader). 

    On a side note, that rim looks seriously worn out.

  2. Dunlop valves. We have those a lot in Denmark and they suck because most cycling pumps will not connect to them. I had to manually press the pump on them and keep it in place to get some air in, the gas station pumps that are made for Schrader valves will usually connect. I honestly just replace the tube when I can.

  3. That’s old Dunlop style valve. There are adapters for Schrader pumps. And i think you can pump it with Presta head.
