Has anyone bought and/or used a frame from Alibaba or something similar? I found a few and they seem alright. Most of the Chinese frames I’ve tried have been fine and the welds have been pretty solid(only seldom are they ugly but even then they are still solid).

Probably better off ordering a completed bike for the cost
You could also go direct to the manufacturer, I can only think of ICAN with a fat bike frame though.
Taiwan is better
I try my best to not give any money to China. It amazes me that I can’t buy a Cuban cigar but every fucking thing else in the US is Chinese. Fuck China !
