Started riding in my late 40’s. Made some progress, but I’ll never recapture all that lost potential. I’m greatful though, and I’m gonna keep riding. And so should you.

52, and so should you. Added bike park to my ski season pass. So much fun and new adventures, compared to cross-country. Good reason to bike=n+1.

  3. Looking good, fellow old timer!

I would hit the trails a lot back from 1999-2005, life happened and drifted away from mtb’ing.

I bought a new bike 2 months ago and it’s such an awesome feeling to be back into it. Even in my late 40’s!

    Keep it up!

Right there with you man I started when I was about 42 I’m 47 now. Kicking myself for now starting earlier I had friends that did it and I would always say I’m too busy. Did it once during 2020 / Covid and got hooked..

  5. I’m 51 and have been a roadie for twenty or so years. My son is into MTB so I have to be, lol. I’m never going to be any good as am too fearful and lack the technical skills but will keep on trying so I can ride with my boy for as long as I can.

  6. Awesome!

I started again a couple of years ago at age 61, after a 20+ year hiatus (from MBT, not cycling). It’s been fun, but tough sometimes.
