Meh. The difference between sworks and nonsworks version is negligible. You can get a new sl7 for $3500usd and buy some nicer wheels for it. Those fulcrums are not good.

Yes same. For 5000 I would rather take decent wheels than a dura-ace.
The groupset has the worst possible €/g ratio and additionally, most of the weight savings are on parts that wear of.

This is the cheapest one but the color is disgusting
I would have said 5000€ is a decent price if it was a proper, up-to-spec S-works build – that is, Aeroflys, Rapide CLX’s, S-works saddle, the works.
This is not that. It may or may not have started life as a proper S-works build, but lots of things have been replaced: the bars are round bars, the wheels are mediocre Fulcrums, and your guy doesn’t even want to include a saddle, much less include the original S-works saddle. Also, the rear rotor has been replaced with one that’s two generations out of date, which isn’t *necessarily* a huge problem but it does raise red flags that this looks like a bit of a parts bin special.
Avoid.

With those wheels? Absolutely not. Don’t waste your money on this.

The price is shit. SL9 is releasing next year. Sworks isn’t stiffer btw, it’s just lighter.
