Not too sure about this bike. Its an Allez size 56,Tiagra groupset,looks like it's good condition. Are the components good? Would 105 be better? What would be a good price to offer in Ontario Canada?

Probably not. Too big. I’m 5’8″ and I’m comfortable on a 52cm Allez.
Because of that, neither the parts nor the price really matter anymore – don’t buy a bike that doesn’t fit you.
I think typically you would want a 54cm, but it depends on individual proportions too.

That’s too big. Almost two sizes too big in fact, you probably fit a small or medium, but I’d lean towards a small as it’s always better to pick the smaller bike if you fit between two sizes. The reason is because you can make a small bike larger (longer stem, higher seatpost, taller stack), but you can’t really make a bike that’s too big, ride smaller.
In terms of pricing, I wouldn’t pay more than $450 for that. Tiagra is a solid groupset, nothing wrong with it, it’ll work great. Shimano 105 wouldn’t be a huge upgrade, it’s probably a couple hundred grams lighter, and you just get 1 extra middle cog as it’s 11 speed.
