The heat and wind wore me down. By about mile 120 I was feeling sick to my stomach. Pulled the plug at mile 128 and limped back to the end point. I'll have to try again this fall when the days are a little cooler – and I'm not on a gravel bike!

2,600 ft in 142 miles? Where the hell are you? I did 3500 feet in 63 miles yesterday.
Good job, next time you come that close to a major milestone just find a way to get to it, even if you have to ride in the total opposite direction to get some tailwind. You can always Uber home, but getting that 150 mile badge would already be in the books…
