I recently bought this bike and I wanted to know what improvements I could make, I had in mind changing the fork for an air one and the tires, but I don't have anything else in mind. It already has some basic improvements such as pedals, single plate, etc. Any recommendations?

It’s not worth sinking money into a mongoose.

A cheap dropper. Cable actuated external one would do the job and can be had under £100 or US equivalent
