Probably not. Can’t see what the groupset it has and it’s very old. Keep looking.

Pretty sure that’s a pre 2010 model so a bit older than 12 years. They can still be decent bikes but it depends a lot on what sort of riding you’ll be doing. More modern bikes can be more relaxed and more comfortable.

I think this is older than 12 years. This looks like something from the early 00s

12 years ago was 2013. That bike has 9sp Sora. It’s from the very early 00s. It’s well over 20 years old.
Those DT Swiss wheels are a nice upgrade. If it fits her and seems to work well I’d say it’s worth it. It could have some issues that we can’t spot in the photos
