  1. Preload more and then get your body more upright when you pull upwards, your front can’t get higher because your body is in the way. If done right, your back wheel will start lifting as you pull up. You’ll already be in the air when you push forward.

    Do squats lol. And just practice. Imyoure essentially jumping and bringing the bike with you. So just work on your hops off the bike. Squat, deadlift, calf raises, ect. Get your legs stronger. Jump higher on flat ground, you’ll jump higher on your bike. There’s not much you can improve on as far as form or anything. I guess you could bring the front up higher before you try to level out. Try and get the bike vertical before you suck up your back wheel. That helps too
