It is normal to have a small amount of water in the bottom of the drain, but if your Bosch dishwasher isn’t draining properly try this simple DIY hack first – before getting someone out to fix it. No specialist tools required, but you may want to wear rubber gloves, as there could be sharp bits lodged in the pump impeller. Not a guaranteed fix, but a good place to start.

Thanks!
I had a blocked pipe which refused all attempts to clear , as a last resort
I connected my hosepipe carefully
That fixed it , phew !
Super helpful. Hope the tiny tiny tiny piece that I removed from drain will fix issue.

Any suggestions on getting the impeller cover off? I have a smaller dishwasher, apartment sized and there is a metal piece in the middle, just use a little more force?
Huge thanks for this! Dishwasher fixed, expensive call out avoided. Thanks again
Thank you !!!!!!❤
Thank you so much!!! It’s fixed. You are a lifesaver!!
i did this but it is still waterlogged? the rotor moves freely but theres just water all in the pipe. i keep trying to run cleaning cycles but the check drain light flashes at me?
It out to be my drain filter clogged from the popcorn maker with olive oil I think
Filter with dish soap and toothbrush, works as it should now
Handy video in that I took out water, cover and found impeller was stuck. Couldn't feel anything lodged in there but it started turning freely once more. Put it back together but still no joy when running a wash. Checked impeller and its still free to turn. Not sure what to do now. Great video though, didn't solve my problem but would solve many.
very good information
Thanks alot saved me alot of time great video
Thank you so much great video. Ended up finding a button obstructing the drain line into the waist trap under the sink? Not sure how it got past the filter and the impeller but these things will happen.
POV: they sold you this because it has the most expensive parts.
i have messed with that little gray clip for a 1/2 hr that I never should of removed. I could not figure which way it went looked at your clip and popped in back in thank you.
You can place a magnet on the door sensor after checking the impeller can be turned manually. You can start the machine briefly with the impeller cover off to have any debris flushed into the chamber.
I am having trouble with flow back, can you do a video to help show how to replace that return valve? I think behind the grey grill?
Thank you for posting this! I found a bee stuck in the propeller. works great now
Adesso ho capito dove andava quel pezzo
Grazie adesso provo a rimetterlo😅
thank you!!
A wet dry shop vac drains the water in seconds. I sucked some glass out of the impeller with the vac
…or use a wet/dry vac…
You/this fixed my machine you legend!
If you dry the sump properly you can VAC any particles after you released them with a screw driver! Glas particles are overlooked easily. Vac helps
❤
Did everything like u did but E25 keeps apearing on the display? What s hapening?
Great tutorial that fixed my problem! I found a small piece of glass by the impeller. Had to find a tutorial on how to put middle rack back in🤣 Thank you so much!
Fixed! Thank you this was super useful.
