I think I’m pretty much done with it for now. Changed the pedals which are much better now. I added lights and finally put a rack & bag as well as a kickstand. I thought about adding fenders, but ultimately decided against it. What do you guys think?

I have the same rack and a bag that’s a little smaller..the whole setup is pretty light.
