Morning. Hope you’re all uh well. Hope you’re all uh doing great, having a great day. Uh me, not so much cuz uh my throat is uh absolutely killing me, but we are on our way to go film the next the owl showcases. the dedication I have to you guys. I’m filming this on the Wednesday as uh it goes up this Friday, so I filmed it for you guys two days ago. So, we’re on board uh 390 here at Cruise Station, and we’re going to be heading up uh Manchester Way as we continue our adventure with Northern. I’ve got uh a nice uh area in mind that uh I want to do so that uh you all get the best experience that you can possibly get. So uh yeah, we’re due off in about 10 minutes or so. So I’m just going to sit here, have my uh Pepsi Max cherry, and then it is onwards uh to Manchester. Just passing through. [Music] Oh, yes, ladies and gentlemen. Oh, they saw me coming, didn’t they? Superior MMC. Superior MMC. Ah, very good. Very good. We’re walking it to Victoria. Hello, folks. I identify as a tram. Please respect my identity. Also, I’m about to be run over by a tram, which is not the way we’re going to end this vlog, that’s for sure. My trains here. Come through. I need to get to 195024. And then we’re pushing. Okay. Oh god. you. Street deck. Yeah, that’s right. you. Get the you. You You can off, too. Go on. You You can off, too. The paria sucks of that you are. [Applause] Heat up here. [Applause] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Applause] Righty [Applause] [Applause] ho then folks, here we are at the first station of the showcase. This is Bradford Interchange Railway Station operated by Northern. It has four platforms to its name. And this station uh isn’t the original. The original station was opened in 1850 by the Lancaster and Yorkshire Railway and the Great Northern Railway as a joint venture named Bradford Exchange Station. Now that station has since been uh demolished. It now houses the county courthouse um which is soon to be redeveloped into the Justice uh quarter. Now this station um was also named Bradford Exchange but didn’t open until 1973. It adopted the name Bradford Interchange in 1983, 6 years after the bus station, which is over uh down the bottom there, opened up. And in uh 2001, that bus station got rebuilt uh into the station that it is today. It is, if you think about it, the gateway uh for Yorkshire because not only have you got Bradford interchange, you’ve got Bradford Square on the other side which has got uh platform zero on it and I’ve got Dwist up there soon. I also need to have a Wii. I need a train to come in so I can have a Wii. And I think I know which trainer I want that to be as well. Uh but yeah, back in the old days it was sprinters and pacers. Now it’s calfs and sprinters with sprinters apparently being phased out of this area. I do believe a new order has uh gone in, but we’ll uh we’ll see. Anyway, here until uh about 20 to 11 and then we move onwards to the next station. [Music] [Music] It’s time to go to my next station. If only there was a suitable train here to take me there. Oh, that’s right. Now, I know what he’s going to say. Right. He’s going to say, “Oh, you didn’t send even close. I could have baptized him.” Yeah, but I had to get it up. I literally leave Thursday afternoon for a few days. So, I have to put this up like the second it gets home, but still 150. Glorious. [Applause] Don’t you worry officers. I’m behaving. I may have just had an elongated piss on a sprinter, but I am behaving. Also, I needed that piss. That’s my excuse. My god. Oh, get out of here. 1 95022. There’s an ugly mother like me when he wake up first thing in the morning. Oh, well, whilst we’ve uh got uh a few minutes, let’s have a look around, shall we? See what uh Low More has to offer. Well, we have bins, we have benches, but then we have this thing. I mean, Jesus Christ, that thing looks like a Cyberman. That looks like um Oh, who are those older cybermen now? Oh, I can’t think of what those older cybermen are called. They begin with a Jesus where that looks that looks absolutely freaky. You come here to low more and you see that thing looking at you. We have passenger information systems on both platforms. We have new style waiting shelters also on uh both platforms here at uh Low Moore. We also have uh passenger information uh help point and then if we go down here there is a smart card reader. Now this uh area over here there’s the uh smart card reader there. Now this area over here is uh the Spin Valley Greenway over here. So, Bradford that way. Uh, haven’t a clue what’s uh that way, but uh it is a public right away. This uh coming up right here is the uh car park here at uh Low Moore Station. Looks like it can house a good number of uh cars in here. It’s got steps and it’s got a ramp as well. You got uh a bike shed. See a bike uh area down the bottom. And you’ve also got uh ticket machine here as well. And superior MMC’s gracing your screen. No grip bin though. Sad. Another statue down there. Statue of a Chinese dragon. And then the back of Lmore. What looks to be like a sort of a scrapyard. and a nice view as well. Something else that looks uh quite nice here at Low Moore and that’s that uh old school station sign that’s uh over there. And then next to it, the banner Bradford 2025 Bradford, the UK city of culture. Exactly. Why Bradford? Cuz I could think of stand well away from the edge of as I was saying I could think of a million cities that are probably going to be better than Bradford. Who who decided Bradford was going to be the UK city of cultiv? I want to walk up to that person, slap him in the face, and ask them why along with quite a few other people. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Applause] Stand well away from the edge of platform two. [Applause] Heat. Heat. Right then everyone, here we are at the next station, the showcase station uh for you all today. This is Lore Railway Station operated by Northern. It has two platforms to its name and this is the original Lomore station. The original Lmore station opened in 1848 by the Lancasher and Yorkshire Railway. Uh however, was then closed in 1965. And I’m just looking at that over there. I think a 74. No, that’s uh two uh two contrails, not four. Um yeah, it was closed in 1965 with the beaching gaks um that happened. Now, the station did get reinstated back in 2017. So, it’s coming up for 10 years old is uh this station and is um what is known in the enthusiast world as your typical cookie cutter station. I copy and paste, rinse and repeat. It’s the same uh situation. You do see a lot of stations that uh act like that come out like this. But uh it’s still a great station if you want to do a station between uh Bradford and Halifax. Not going to uh lie about that. Uh yeah, I’m feeling less and less punchy, shall we say? This uh this bug has really got a hold of me and I don’t need it to cuz I actually want to do both vlogs today. Oh well, we’ll carry on. We’ll see what uh we’ll see what happens. Anyway, uh our train is next in and then we’re off to Well, I think you know where we’re going by now. stand two. Ah, this isn’t Halifax. It’s Halifax. Yeah. Up north. Heat. Heat. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat up here. Excusing you. Are you two quite uh done down there? They’ve been scrapping and uh god knows what. They’ve disappeared now. Where have they gone? There they are. They’ve been scrapping and god knows what. I think there’s been some fornication going on down here. Right then folks, here we are at the last station of the showcase. This is Halifax Railway Station operated by Northern. Two platforms in an island configuration to its name. And this station was opened in 1844 by the Manchester Railway as Halifax Shaw Shaw Shik. That’s easy for someone to say. and it opened 500 meters south of its current location. It was relocated in 1850 and renamed Halifax before in 1890 it was renamed to Halifax Old after getting an enlargement of its uh current location. 1951 saw it renamed to Halifax Town with 1961 seeing the town suffix drops and it being renamed Halifax. How do you know you’re in Halifax? Well, let’s uh tell it like it is, folks. You’re in chocolate country. That’s how uh how you know you’re in Halifax, right? So, um give you an update on me. Um literally the last hour I have felt so so sick. It is unbelievable. And I nearly have thrown up uh one time. So, I was going to do another showcase after this. I’m not going to now. So, this will go up on Saturday and the next guy showcase you guys see is going to be the start of the ends. Then the L showcase I was going to do, I’m holding that in L. And you’re going to get that towards the end. So, don’t don’t fret. You’re going to get the the set the third L just like you’re going to get the J’s, just like you’re going to get these two K’s that uh we didn’t get around to doing. But yeah, there was no way now that I’ve started to feel really sick that I was going to carry on. No way. I think it’s just a change of weather cuz last couple of days we’ve had it cold and now it’s boiling again. Danny, it’s just affecting my metabolism uh somewhat. But it’s fine. It’s fine. I can uh I can live with it. So, we’ll wait for the Manchester trains to come in and then we’ll head on our way back to Manchester Victoria. Well, I don’t want to throttle. Wow. Right. It is time to get the view of the uh don’t worry that you street deck and forgot about you guys. I’ve got a couple of photo then. They sound good, don’t they? They sound lovely. And of course behind them they’re uh younger cousin. I forgot about them. Once again this is the boarding 30 trans service central. Please do have tickets and passes ready for inspection. Thank you. Being sick had a delight. Well, something is very knackered. That’ll reboot. This is where the taxis are. Yeah. Walking up. Stay on the phone with me. [Music] Oh no, I’m going to miss it. Heat. Heat. [Music] 24-hour CCTV recording is in operation at this station for the purpose of security and safety management. Captain 7 from the 1513 London Northwestern Railway service to London Houston Stford Valley Central and London. This train [Music] [Music] Holy Look at that. [Music] Somebody’s going to be done about this foot bridge. I don’t mean it. Oh, well, let’s jump on. All right then, folks. We are on the train and uh I’m going to call it here. Yeah, as you can tell, I’m definitely not well. I might just get in and dip my head in something ice cold to try and sort myself out, but I don’t know if that’s even going to work or not. But yeah, it’s a good stint at uh the free stations in question. I certainly don’t uh have issues with them and we will uh we will have to see if uh anything changes with them. I don’t I don’t think it will. I don’t think it will to be honest cuz I think they’ll still be I think the only thing that’s likely to change is that um welcome aboard. Obviously the buy modes are coming in service for uh for Grand Central, but uh I don’t think much is going to change. Anyway, thank you very much for watching. Hope you enjoyed. If you did, leave a like. Don’t forget to subscribe if you already done so. Thank you to the members as well for the continued support you leave on the videos. It means the absolute world. I say it every time. It does mean the absolute world, folks. If you want to be a member, it’s $3.99 a membership. Get the vlogs early. Shout it out at the end of every video. It couldn’t be simpler and it couldn’t be easier. So, like I said, I owe you an L. I’ll hold that in loot. I know where I want to do, but I just got to plan it and get it properly sorted. So, with that being said, we shall find out who we are doing for M, shouldn’t we? I also need a haircut. I know I do. Yes, I’m going gray. This is a fact of getting old. But speaking of, let’s find out who the wheel’s going to give us cuz uh I’d be interested to find out. And remember a few vlogs back I said um it’s about time Southern got here. Well, someone here Southern I think they’ve only got three stations to begin with I can do. Anyway, thank you all. Hope you enjoyed and uh I’ll see you all next time whenever that may be obviously. [Music] Heat up here. [Music]

  3. Lol, the toilet scene was hilarious, as was the police van reversing just as you said there was nothing to see here. It seems to be that most new staions these days tend to look the same.
