Tour de France 2025 Stage 8 should end in a sprint from Saint-Méen-le-Grand to Laval, if the sprint teams can keep it under control for 174km. We preview the stage ahead. #TDF

2025 Turn to France stage 8 174 kilometers heading straight east to Laval and this is unique in the Turn of France’s second weekend because normally on the weekend we have mountain stages but this Saturday and Sunday sprint stages with a unique stage on Monday instead of a rest day because it’s Bastile Day. Over on my left, helicopters about ready to take off at the end of stage seven, but we’re previewing stage eight. This 174 kilometers, as I said, it should suit the sprinters. We’re heading east around Ren a little bit south, then north for the only categorized climb of the day. But my pick on the day as the helicopters race off behind us here, well, it’s going to be Vinnie Germe, I think, picking up a stage victory and celebrating in this 2025 Tour to France stage 8.
