Just completed a fun mini tour from Rotterdam in the Netherlands to Bruges in Belgium on the B75 over a couple of days.
Mine was the only folder in the group – my buddies were on 700c-wheeled hybrids and road bikes.
They Brompton held up really well considering we contended with 40mph headwinds on day 1 and more winds and torrential rain on day 2.
I was hesitant about taking the Brompton as I’d never done a longer ride on it before but i would have no qualms in future. The big borough bag was easily capacious enough and the bike was stable with it on so it cruised nicely.
Needed a big clean when I got back. (And so did the bike.)

Well done! Was it hard to keep up with the road bikes? What was your most common gear?
