How to bleed old Magura hydraulic drum brakes?

Hi everyone, I have this old trike bike with a set of hydraulic drum brakes in front. The brake lever says Magura, but there are no markings at all on the drums and hydraulic cylinders themselves. I have not been able to find anything about these brakes online.

1. Does anyone know the name or model of these brakes?

2. Does anyone know how I can bleed them most effectively? There is apparently no bleed nipple on the handle itself. They have uneven brake power between the left and right brake and I would love to fix that.
