Smaller tire, or smaller wheel + tire. Is it possible that’s a 27″ wheel on a 700c bike?
Edit – also, is that brake loose? It almost looks like it’s slumping forward. Otherwise tire too big (32c?) get smaller.

It’s not « supposed to be like this ». Get smaller tires.

Looks like your tire is too wide or (far less less likely) the front brake is somehow mounted incorrectly.

YouTube has some good videos on brake adjustments.

It looks like the tires are too big for the bike/brake calipers. There is no good way to make this work except to go to a smaller tire or change the brake calipers to ones with more clearance. Buying smaller tires is probably your best option. Someone might recommend a spacer in your fork where the axle goes… but I would not personally do that….

Too much tire.
Try this…
Lower the air pressure a bit. Bring the pads closer to the rim, by twisting the barrel adjuster at the top brake where the end of the housing is. This might give you a bit more vertical clearance to stop the rubbing.

Tire won’t fit this frame. Suspect you’re also rubbing in the back near the chainstays. Riding it while like this may destroy the frame.

Just keep riding they won’t be too big after a few miles. /s

It says on the website your bike comes with 35s, and one person noted they also had an issue with clearance so assuming those are 35s I think there’s a setup problem here.
