Local seller stated it is in near perfect condition and that it was recently serviced at a bike shop.
The only other provided details are, "hydraulic disk brakes, 105 group set 11 speeds and Vittoria Zaffiro Pro tube type".
This bike would fit me based on the geometry charts I reviewed but I would love to have some opinions on this!

Possibly worth it, even better if you can get a little lower.
Make sure it fits, there’s no damage to the frame and, make sure its not stolen.

Good deal. Ask for the tune-up receipt or invoice if you’re not comfortable assessing a used bike. A recent tune-up from a shop is a very very good thing as that alleviates a lot of unknowns with the bike that otherwise a buyer would not know.
That’s a very nice and comfortable bike. To get the most out of it you might want a wheelset upgrade. I’d offer a bit lower but the asking price isn’t unreasonable
