Remove the seat post and see if it’s on the inside too

If it’s a crack – it’s done for. I’d pull the seatpost and see if you can see the crack on the inside of the tube. The second photo really makes me think it is cracked and not just a deep paint scratch.

Well. If its 7000 series aluminum you can weld. You can also drill the end of the crack to stop it spreading and use a really long seatpost to eliviate stress. I’d still ride that but at your own risk.
