    Looks like it’s from China all the parts including the name I’ve never heard of but take it for a test ride and if it feels good depending on the price negotiate a price never pay what they want always haggle.

    You’re looking in the right direction. Reliable hardtail. Fit is going to be the number one issue. Do a little research on how it should feel when you’re on it and how to properly adjust the seat. Now he could have spent a million dollars on it but that really means nothing. It’s an entry level bike that should be safe to ride but it’s older and I wouldn’t pay more than 100€. If it feels perfect and the gears shift perfectly and the brakes don’t need to be bled then throw in another 25€ because it might not need a minor tune up right away.
