Just got a brand new AEROAD CFR for only 7500$ instead of 10K . But It came with a large paint chip. That’s the last one in my size and it has an awesome paint job.
Should I keep it and try to get a little bit of a discount from canyon ? Should I return it and downgrade to a normal clx without the awesome deal and cool paint job.

Only you could answer that question really. But if I were you I would definitely send the pic to them and see what they offer and you could make a better decision from there. At least the chip isn’t in a patterned area it seems so I’m sure it wouldn’t be too difficult/costly to get it painted again somewhere.
I’d keep that. You should be able to get some white touch up paint and no one would know the difference. Bikes always end up the scratches and marks anyway. My old bike has 64 thousand kilometers over 6 years and has a lot of character marks.
Contact Canyon about it. A voucher is the very least they’d offer you
