Like the title says. Tuned up to resell by a local shop specializing in used bikes. It has a carbon frame, Shimano 105 group set, and is a well-fitting XL road bike with drop bars and disc brakes. A bike fitting this criteria has been extremely hard to find used or new for less than $1,000 where I’m located (Boston, Massachusetts). Is it mechanical disc or hydraulic disc? If hydraulic I would say it’s a good deal. If it’s a mechanical I would keep looking at for hydraulic. Mechanical disc can be difficult to squeeze
