    It seems your adjustment nut went under the cable holder. The cable holder should be slotted so you can lift the knurled black nut above and let it drop in again.

  2. The cable slipped. You need to loosen the nut on the top of the right/drive side brake arm (left side from this view), pull the cable through, and retighten the nut. There’s a barrel adjuster at the top of the cable stop that’s mounted to the fork. You can tighten it to remove cable tension if the brake feels tight, and you can loosen it to add cable tension if the brake feels loose. That barrel adjuster is for micro adjustments though.

    EDIT: disregard all of that. The barrel adjuster came out of from where it’s supposed to sit. Undo the brake quick release on the left side (right side in this picture). It’ll give you enough slack to get the barrel adjuster into the right spot
