You could put a big wrap of tape on there but it wont work long, get a higher quality tire

I can see it already popped since you posted, but to actually help you in the future: if you can see the inner tube, it’s not safe to ride. Additionally, if you ever see the tire expand like a pimple or tumor, same thing. Don’t ride it and get it looked it.
I would say if you’re not sure in the future, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Remember that if anything fails while riding, it could mean injury, especially if you’re riding in traffic
