Looks good to me, that gold is the best Bronson color too.
Safe to buy? Sure. Is there something you didn’t see? 100%, but so what? Visually check the bike, ride it on parking lot, test suspension, brakes, shifting, notice rattling noises. If all is well, buy it if you want it. If you feel clueless, find someone more experienced to check the bike for you.
