Got my Canyon Endurance on Monday and this is how it arrived. I was able to see the front wheel through the hole… I took a look before signing and bike was fine and everything seemed to be in place, however I was extremely disappointed both with UPS and Canyon for the poor packaging… other than that the Endurance Allroad is a dream for a first bike and I am really really happy with it. But it’s sad to begin the experience with a B2C brand with a delivery like this! I cannot imagine how I will feel about getting a +3k€ or 4k€ bike with such a bad delivery experience… anyone else had this experience or maybe I’m being a bit particular…?

What did canyon do in this case that’s poor? In face even ups. Was the bike damaged?
