    Once you’re here you’ll want to shove your hips back. The idea is to pull the bars back into your hips while pushing your feet out in front of you.

  2. Try n lean back, but not too much cuz you’ll land in a manual.

    Landing in manual is dangerous, but when I was first learning em, some of the most clicked I’ve gotten these ended up in me landing in manny.

    Eventually, you’ll learn to bring it back and land evenly. But try a slight tilt backwards.
