  1. That’s a tiny cassette. You’d benefit from a 32t or a 36t. You could use a Roadlink adapter to space your derailleur out further to accommodate a bigger cassette.

    Cassette size would be limited by your rear derailleur type, short/long cage for example. I would look up specs for your derailleur and find out largest cassette it will accept.

    Ultegra RX RD with long cage might be an option? But it only goes to 34 or 36 in the rear i think. other option: GRX RD? there is a specific 10 speed one (GRX400) but i think the GRX800 shift quality is nicer. i guess most modern (10 speed or more) rear derailleurs will work, they have the same ratio as shimano road RDs and enough range of motion for 10 speed cassettes. so do the grx ones.
