It is nothing to worry about, imo.
I’d worry if it were a submarine, but a bike should be fine.
Looks like a chainslap. Try to hold the chain under tension when you ride over a bump. Try to avoid the small chainring unless you’re climbing because the chain has less tension on it.
Nah, looks ok. Just paint.
