Got this bike free from a customer. It's actually decent. I just wanted it for street riding. I have a 2021 stance for off road stuff. Anyways, I just wanted to not have to slouch so much for casual riding
Next up: upgraded rear derailer and gearset. Removal of front derailer and get a single sprocket for the front. Dropper post. Lock on grips. Bb7 calipers.

It’s remarkable how much better a bike can look simply from changing from a long to short stem.
I recently did the same on my wife’s old Walmart Schwinn and it totally transformed the look of her bike. It’s still a piece of junk, but it definitely looks a lot cooler now.
