In September 2024 I rode my bicycle from Salt Lake City to Minneapolis. I didn't take the most direct route, instead heading North from SLC to Bear Lake State Park and Grand Teton National Park, before heading East through Yellowstone National Park, The Bighorn Mountains, The Black Hills, and Badlands National Park, eventually ending up on the Luce Line rail trail for the last 60 miles into Minneapolis. The trip lasted 18 days over approximately 1600 miles and many thousands of feet of climbing.

As I was riding I took a lot of videos on my Iphone to keep my self entertained. They're pretty low quality but nice to have for reminiscing, and might be of interest if anyone is thinking of doing a similar route, so I figured Id put them together and share.

Here's the video for Day 3. Overall it was an amazing trip but I really struggled with sleep, especially during the first week, and I think you can hear the sleep deprivation in my voice during my somewhat incessant narration.

Turning the quality up to HD on youtube makes it slightly more bearable
