I would disagree with you. Okay. That is why I So any any anyone anyone cycling no-handed in Russia and City of London is going to get ticketed. If I see them, they are. And you think that you you think that is a valuable use of City of London police time when bike theft is indemic. You don’t even investigate most bike theft. Let me finish. And where there’s phone snatching going on, you could be getting robbers and you’re letting phone snatchers and bike thieves go to ticket law-abiding citizens cycling no-handed. Do you think that’s an honestly good use of the police time? So cycling with no hands on the handlebars. Yeah. Okay. Places other road rope users at risk contains. No, it doesn’t. How does it We’ve already This is amazing. So cycling nohanded violates article two of the human rights act. Is that the right to life? No, I said it endangers people said on the road. You just said it me cycling no-handed violates article two of the human rights. I think I think we’re done with that. It’s rather silly, isn’t

  1. I agree that cycling ‘non-handed’ means you are not in full control of the vehicle and could potentially put other road users at risk, let alone the cyclists if they loose control.

But they should not be ticketing cyclists under that ridiculous pretence.

But if a cyclist gets injured, or worse, because they were not in full control of their vehicle, then they have no right to complain.

There are far more important actual crimes for the police to investigate. But of course this is expensive and time consuming and law abiding citizens are easier targets. You cannot fine an actual criminal, they are just too evasive for the police.

Much more cost effective for the police to go for ‘easy wins’.

    Shocking state of affairs.

  2. Cycling with no hands IS an offence, and the City of London is a massively over-policed part of the capital where they'll nab you for anything! Got to protect those rich bankers and brokers.

  3. It's almost as if the police are over whelmed by bike shop burglary and phone theft but NEED to feel seen to be doing something connected with crime to justify the job so theyre literally going 4 any little petty thing making the country feel abandoned. I've never heard of anyone seriously hurt due to a cyclist having both hands off the bars its BS and they know it

  4. Cyclist gets caught being a dick and dangerous riding in the centre of London near Bank Station where there are lots of pedestrians, then goes into 'whataboutism'. Next video

  5. The state of her/him. How far has the police force, sorry ‘service’ because there’s no force involved now in this country fallen? It looks like a fking librarian. If you pushed them over, you’d be miles away 🤣

  6. She's a cop. That means she has no mind of herself. She's just like a trained dog following the orders of her keepers. Never have a discussion with the police. It's pointless.

  7. Entitled cyclist doesn't understand that without at least one hand holding the handlebar you are NOT in control of your bicycle. He can argue all he likes but facts are facts.

  8. Riding no handed, any where at any time, is to put it politely, Effing stupid! I detest the petty police, but in this case that officer is 100% correct.

  9. This cyclist is SOO typical of the entitled brigade of cyclists. Who figure they can do whatever they please and it’s always everyone else’s fault. I’m with the police officers she should fine and confiscate his bicycle. They need to bring in registration plates for bicycles. Bunch of muppets.

  10. The majority of people cycling around and not holding the handle bars tend to be the little thugs who would think nothing of riding past someone and stealing their phones or what ever else and all for a few more spliffs and a few cans of red bull because they’re so hard and let’s no forget the puffer jackets still worn in July with only their eyes showing or there’s the ones going without tops and great big chains so yes give them a fine because for sure I’d get one if I drove my car like that.

  11. A perfect example of two-tier policing. She wouldn't dare coming to West London and stop 100's of cyclist, mopeds, and e-scooters on pavements, jumping red lights or using their phones while riding…..
