Picked up an old novara ponderosa and the rear shifter is no longer functioning. I’ve been searching but unable to find a replacement part OR a full shifter/brake replacement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

ST-EF20 or ST-EF25 (difference is in the shape of the brake lever..shifter guts are the same). The part number is next to the clamp bolt on the underside.

Any Shimano 7 or 8 speed shifter will work. That one is connected to the brake lever, so you might be able to match it, but, if not, you’d need a brake lever as well.
