Looks alright to me, €250 as the max seems right for this bike

I’m gonna go with no.
I can’t identify the bike itself but there’s a few tells on there that say this is an older, low end kink complete, such as a launch or a curb. The BIGGEST giveaway is the seat- it’s a one piece in house combo. Even the mid grade Kinks get Mission parts- and that is a flat out Kink el generico. The OTHER tell here is the pinch bolt cranks. Yes, even higher end completes have those, but with that seat, something tells me this started out as a hi-ten framed kink complete of some kind. If I could identify the year they used the wreath logo on the headtube, I’d know more.
The good news is- there are certain parts on it that appear to be upgrades- I believe those are Mission Crosshair bars- though they could have been included as a complete- Mission and Kink are both under Blackout Distro.
