Hello there, my hub randomly decided to leave and 2 pawls fell out, 2 got stuck in the extended position, 1 is compressed and only one works. We managed to fix it to the point where somewhat 3 work but its a risk to ride fully. My question is if anyone knows where i can find the part? I only found one with 3 pawls which apparently won't fit. Thanks in advance 🙂

Which wheel is that? You can buy a whole new hub and install it yourself without much effort.
I would contact support, unless the bike is super old.
