Hey guys just started MTB but used to bmx a lot! I’m going to upgrade to a dropper post but would like some to know what would yall upgrade on this! I’ve put the upgrades what the last owner put on it! Should I go tubeless? Stem? Let me know and thank you!

I wouldn’t, ride it how it is until you feel that the bike is holding you back from progressing. Then upgrade to a better bike.
None. Let me repeat, none. This isn’t a bike to do upgrades on. This is a bike you ride starting out, and replace as you level up.
do you have any issues with shifting? if not then i would say lighter wheelset, and upgrade fork, or just take all the money you would spend on that stuff and save up about 2k for a brand new ride a smidge nicer. i spent 7years on a used bike i was continually upgrading. once i gave in and brought a new bike i realized i was dumb for not doing it sooner
