5'10" riding a small which is where the canyon fit chart had me. No real issues comfort wise other than my left hand going numb, which I assume is due to the low drop/shorter stem. I already have the two spacers in, is there another option to raising my stem a little more? There's no good bike fitting options near me, so I went with an online one, which confirms my stem is too low.

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

I think a handlebar with some rise would be the next best option. At some point, you’re gonna run out of fork to put spacers around.
Did you start with less spacers? for me, lowering my bars got rid of my hand going numb. It forced me to engage my core, saying this, you do have to have enough core to support it
My canyon came with the levers very far down the drops and fitter moved them up a bit which shortened reach. Don’t want to go into silly territory but closer top of Bend could be an easy adjustment
Hard to believe you need small and someone like me 6’2 needs large. I’d think you are one size down to medium. My left hand also going numb, but this happens on any bike. It radiates from the elbow and I suspect it starts at some back nerve.
This is why I refused to buy an integrated cockpit.
You don’t need to change it just because MyVeloFit says you need to, especially if you feel comfortable. I would try changing saddle setback if your hands are numb
Maybe better bar tape?
The tape on those is terrible imo. Try the silca nastro cucino 3.75mm tape for a more plush feel. That could help quite a bit.
If you love the bike and your stem is too low by a few mm, you could consider doing core work/stretches to help you get there. I know, it’s a huge investment and it feels like your working ass-backwards to ride your bike, but, hey, it’s an option, as you requested 😇
Otherwise, return the bike and order one size larger but i doubt that will solve your problem. Maybe an Endurace that has a higher Stack?
