I have had this tyre for a bit over a month, can’t have put more than 2000km on it. I was about 70km into a ride today, when I heard a rhythmic knocking sound coming from the front end of the bike, I stopped, and noticed this. I rode it normally for the last 30km to get home, but it worries me. I have it set up tubeless @ 65psi.

It’s like it wants to be a tube.
That looks like a blowout waiting to happen in my opinion. Possibly the weave in the tire was compromised from the factory, or possibly you hit something to compromise it.

I gave the same tyres a go this season, 2 weeks in and I had the same thing. Refund and back to GP5000.
Tire? That’s not the rim, it’s the tire.
Did the sealant harden in a lump in that spot?
