But seriously you should try bouncing and jumping rather than just going fast.

Not terrible but you are absorbing the lip instead of popping.
The standard recommendation is go to a smaller jump you feel more comfortable on and get used to popping as much as you can for more height.
Practice hitting it at different speeds and work on landing at a specific point.
Bonus points if you watch the “stand up to the jump” vid on YouTube

Rear wheel is leaving before the lip. OTB headed your direction. Ride off the lip!!

Moving WAY too slowly.

One critique about timing: The rear tire is leaving the take off too soon. You need to drive the rear wheel through the arc of the jump and it should leave at the apex or knuckle of the take off.

As others have all said, leaving the lip too early / just lifting the bike rather than using the ramp to send your bike upwards. I went through this same process, and I think a ton of people do, and some people are still sketchy jumping. I still struggle if it is a high speed jump to get timing well and have the confidence to put my weight where it needs to be.
Can you do a good bunny hop (american / j hop, not an english hop)? Maybe it’s not mandatory but the idea is the same. Do you spend time on a pump track? The idea of pumping, of pushing into the angle change and pushing the rear wheel into the take off… all of these things, pump tracks, “real” bunny hops, bump jumps (which is a half way between a bunny hop and a jump) work to teach you the idea of pumping your rear tire into the lip… and yeah it isn’t easy!
