Context: I recently purchased a used Specialized Allez Elite (2020) and fell in love with cycling. However I am 6’3 with long legs and the 58cm frame is too small. I want to upgrade and this looks great but would love a second opinion.

Details:

Cervélo R3. Excellent condition, very low miles, stored indoors, recently serviced.

  • Full Carbon Frame and Fork

  • Specialized Romin Evo Saddle
  • Continental Grand Prix 4000s II Tires
  • $5,500 Original MSRP (not including wheels)
  • Asking $2,000, local pick up, or buyer pays shipping.

  1. How old is this bike ? Definitely not worth 2k . It doesn’t matter what the wheels cost new , they are rim brake and therefore consumable . If you really want this bike $1200 at the most .

  2. For context I got a 2013 with full 105 and newer Mavic krysium elites (not carbon I know) but I picked it up for 650.
